Ha Giang Jeep Tour 5 days

Day 1: Ha Giang – Cao Ma Po – Quan Ba – Lung Khuy Cave – Du Gia (B/L/D)

The 5 day Jeep Tour is the longest tour we offer for Ha Giang and also includes Ba Be Lake.

Start the day with a local breakfast and arrange everything you will need to take for the tour. Heading out through Bac Sum Pass you will reach Cao Ma Po, a secluded local village near the Chinese Border.

You will come back to Quan Ba to enjoy Heaven’s Gate, stopping nearby for lunch. After lunch you explore Lung Khuy Cave, a 1.5km walk takes you to the mouth of the cave. You can take a light to venture inside. After visiting the cave you will head to Du Gia for the night.

Day 2: Du Gia – Yen Minh – Lung Cu – Dong Van (B/L/D)

In the morning you will have breakfast at the homestay. After breakfast you will ride through Yen Minh and Tham Ma slope, a beautiful section of road that snakes up the mountain with a viewpoint looking back down through the valley.

Next stop is to explore Hmong King’s Palace. A 100 year old palace that was used by Hmong King in the past. You will also take lunch here.

From here you will head to Lung Cu flagpole, marking the furthest North point of Vietnam. You will arrive in Dong Van town going directly to the homestay where you can shower, change and relax before dinner.

Day 3: Dong Van – Ma Pi Leng – Khau Vai Canyon – Bao Lac (B/L/D)

In the morning you will have breakfast at the homestay. After breakfast you will pass through the iconic Ma Pi Leng Pass. This pass is the best of the tour and one of the greatest in Vietnam at an altitude of 2,000m.

There are 2 options next… A short trek to the Skywalk for the best view of the pass or you can take a boat down the river. Lunch will be in Meo Vac, after which you will have time for a rest.

After lunch you will head to Khau Via Canyon to relax and swim in the river. You will arrive in Bao Lac for the night with time to shower and change before dinner.

Day 4: Bao Lac – Khau Coc Cha Pass – Bac Me – Ba Be Lake (B/L/D)

In the morning you will have breakfast at the homestay. Leaving Bao Lac we will head to the stunning Khoa Coc Cha Pass for one of the most spectacular views of Cao Bang region.

After following the river for 30km, you will stop for lunch here. The final night will be in Ba Be Lake, a picturesque national park situated on a large lake.

Day 5: Ba Be Lake – Na Hang – Ha Giang (B/L)

In the morning you will have breakfast at the homestay. You can then change clothes and head for a swim in the lake or just relax and enjoy the view.

We will stop in Na Hang for lunch with a chance to enjoy the view of another peaceful lake. Heading back to Ha Giang we will arrive with enough time for you to relax and shower before the night bus.
