DAY 01: HANOI – HOA LU – TAM COC – MUA CAVE – HA GIANG (Lunch)

07:30 – 08:00 Our guide will meet you at your hotel/ stay and start 120km comfortable Limousine bus journey through verdant landscape. Stop over for a rest on the way.

10:30 – Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel with King Dinh Temple dating back to the 17th Century.

11:15 – Arrive at Mua Cave and start an amazing trek up to the top of Ngoa Long mountain for watching the spectacular rice valley with precious view of the nature.

12:30 – Enjoy the lunch at our restaurant with the great local cuisines.

14:00 – Take sampan boat trip which owned and rowed by locals, gently sailing along Ngo Dong river, capturing the wonderful scenery of Karst hills, rice fields, and peaceful villages, and passing “Hang Ca”, “Hang Hai” and “Hang Ba”.

16:00 – Enjoy cycling time in the quite country road to explore the daily life of the local villagers.

17:00 – Return to our limousine bus and depart back to Hanoi.

19:30 – Arrive in Hanoi and get dropped off at your hotel. Take a short rest while waiting for the night bus to Ha Giang.

02:30 – 03:00 Arrive at our hotel in Ha Giang City. Check into your room and rest until 07:00.

DAY 02: HA GIANG – QUAN BA – DU GIA WATERFALL (B/L/D)

07:30 – Breakfast at the hotel or a local restaurant in Ha Giang City.

08:00 – Begin your journey along Highway 4C, also known as the Happiness Road. Stop at the symbolic “Km 0” milestone, marking the starting point of the Ha Giang Loop, and enjoy some of the most beautiful viewpoints along the way:

  • Pac Sum Pass
  • Quan Ba Heaven Gate – an unmissable spot offering panoramic views of the mountains and valleys, marking the gateway to the northernmost region of Vietnam.
  • Twin Mountains & Tam Son Town Viewpoint

12:00 – Lunch at a local restaurant in Trang Kim Village.

In the afternoon, continue exploring:

  • Lung Tam Linen Weaving Village – learn about traditional Hmong textile making.
  • Duong Thuong Viewpoint
  • Lung Ho Viewpoint
  • Du Gia Waterfall – relax, swim, or immerse yourself in the fresh, cool water surrounded by nature.

17:00 – Check in at your homestay and relax.

19:00 – Dinner and overnight at the homestay in Du Gia.

DAY 2: DU GIA – NHO QUE RIVER – MA PI LENG PASS – DONG VAN (B/L/D)

07:30 – Breakfast at the homestay and say goodbye to your host.

08:00 – Continue your journey north, passing through some of the most stunning mountain passes in Vietnam. Stop at several scenic viewpoints:

  • Old French Military Post – admire its unique colonial architecture.
  • Mau Due Viewpoint
  • M Road Viewpoint
  • Meo Vac Town

12:00 – Lunch at a local restaurant in Meo Vac.

In the afternoon:

  • Visit the Nho Que River, one of the most beautiful rivers in northern Vietnam, a poetic and iconic symbol of Ha Giang.
  • Conquer the Ma Pi Leng Pass, one of the most spectacular and challenging mountain passes in the country, sitting at an altitude of about 1,500 meters.

17:00 – Check in at your homestay and enjoy some free time to relax.

19:00 – Dinner and overnight at the homestay in Dong Van.

DAY 3: DONG VAN – YEN MINH – HA GIANG HANOI (B/L)

07:30 – Breakfast at the homestay and farewell to your host.

08:00 – Depart for Sa Phin Village to visit the historic Hmong King’s Palace, recognized as a national architectural and cultural relic since 1993.

Continue the journey with stops at:

  • Tham Ma Pass – a perfect spot for taking photos of the famous winding “snake-shaped” road.

11:30 – Lunch at a local restaurant in Yen Minh.

Then visit:

  • Lao and Chai Viewpoint – enjoy views of picturesque terraced rice fields.
  • Can Ty Heaven Gate
  • The Lonely Tree, a symbolic and scenic stop along the route.

15:30 – Return to Ha Giang City. Rest and wait for your bus back to Hanoi.
